1. 敷地内緑地整備、事業所近隣のミッチェル湖畔での花植活動、湖畔遊歩道の整備を継続的に行っています。
   We maintained polinator plot. (reseeding)
   We planted flowers, installed garbage can at bench on Mitchell lake trail.

2. 春から秋にかけて敷地内緑地の希少種(蝶 : オオカバマダラ)の保護を目的に生息状況を調査しています。
   We are monitoring pollinator plot for the presence of the Monarch Butterfly during spring and fall migration.
3. プラスチックによる水資源汚染を意識し、プラスチックごみの回収を強化した清掃活動を定期的に行っています。
   We are focusing on collecting plastic litter frequently to reduce the plastic pollution of water resources.

4. 市当局及びボーイスカウトと共にミッチェル湖に植物を植えた浮島を設置することで湖水中の窒素とリンを低減し、湖に過剰繁殖している緑藻を抑制する水質改善改善を行っています。
   We will create a vegetative floating island to take the phosphorus and nitrogen out of the lake together with city of Mitchell and boy scout, and this will reduce the algae.

5. 希少生物保護の意義を説明したパンフレットを従業員及びその家族に配布し、自然保護、生物多様性保全の重要性を啓発しています。
   We provide employees and their families with pamphlets that explain the importance of rare species conservation to enhance their understanding of nature and biodiversity conservation.
